Quota
System and University Special Programs
Maejo University uses a quota system to fill 50% of available
places for each academic year from all secondary schools in
the country. The University also admits higher vocational education
certificate holders (those who have completed 4 or 5-year vocational
course after grade 9 or M.3) |
Medium
of Instruction
The medium of instruction, except in some special courses which
are conducted in English, is Thai. |
Grading
and Examination
Grading at Maejo University is based on the course unit system/
semester of credit. The number of semesters, credit load requirement
and the average and a accumulated grade point required for graduation
are published in the MJU Academic Information Handbook. Course
evaluation is done by grades and grade point for one credit. |
